last week was horrendous. other than monday and tuesday which are off days due to national day, the rest of the days sucks. why? cause it's field camp! firstly, i hate camo cream. i really really really cant put into words about how much i hate camo cream. argh. green and black cream on your face, lips, neck, ears, hands. can you even imagine. secondly, the digging of shell scrape. digging it at night is the toughest task that has been assigned to me ever. visibility is low, and you still need to dig a hole that is of knee depth ( damn deep -.- ), and one body + field pack length. 1st night of digging lasted till 2am. still not up to standard. forced to dig overnight again on the 2nd night, and lasted till 12 am. STILL not up to standard, last day still need to dig. other coy cover up their shell scrape on the 2nd day, and we digged all the way till when we are about to leave then we cover up. hais! who said foundation term's field camp was easy. it's not at all. im glad i didnt go to OCS. they have a 10 days field camp coming up. holy crap. 10 days. mine lasted 3D2N and i almost died. 10days?! cant imagine. and oh, did i not mention we got turned out on the 2nd day and got tekaned real bad. -.-

i realised army turned me into a guy who keeps complaining. not only me, many other recruits / cadets / and even commanders complain. army are not turning boys into men, they just turned us into aunties and uncles who complain everyday about this and that. oh well, who asked us to be the Bedrock of our Army /:
